A special event has been scheduled for Thursday, April 2nd at 2:00 p.m. in Catalina Vista: The Middle East vs. the United States:  What’s Happening and Who Will Prevail?  The very popular Major General (ret) Donald Shepperd is returning to ILR for this one-time event.  General Shepperd is graduate of the Air Force Academy, served in the Air Force for almost 40 years, a command pilot having flown more than 5000 hours including 247 combat missions in Southeast Asia.  He also served as the national director of the Air National Guard, as well as a military aviation analyst for CNN.   He has previously taught a half-dozen courses for ILR, the latest, a year ago: The World’s Still Turning and So Are We but Are We turning with it?
